Hannah Roper, entrepreneur, writer, speaker, podcast host and country music singer, founded The Female Creative to support women in finding a work life balance to suit their needs. Through running The Female Creative, Country on The Coast Festival and multiple passion projects, all whilst still working in the corporate world, Hannah shows women that by being strategic and building the right business foundations, it is possible to wear all the hats, have the right balance and still manage to watch the latest Netflix series! Hannah was the recipient for the Pamodzi Inspirational Women of Portsmouth Awards 2022 in the Established Business Category and is honoured to now be able to contribute to the incredible work of Pamodzi through being part of the team.

Jasmine Bone
Non Executive : Youth Engagement

Jasmine initially joined the team as project apprentice  and  is involved on our podcast, blog and social media development. She is a York University student and is an enthusiast for all things STEM. She has a real passion for studying and will normally always have her head stuck in a book because she is a firm believer that someone’s social status and background shouldn’t limit what they do in life. When she’s not studying, Jasmine is an active member of the Portsmouth community through avid fundraising and involvement in many community projects, particularly those surrounding STEM and female empowerment. She believes that everyone has the right to achieve their wildest dreams no matter what circumstances may be limiting them.

Holly Jo Wilson-Baker
Non Executive : Youth Engagement

Holly 13 years old and a student in Southsea. She is part of the UNLOC CoPS team (Council of Portsmouth Students) and believes very strongly in student voice and how the opinion of our younger generation can huge impact today’s society. Away from school life, her hobbies are gymnastics, theatre, singing, art, scuba diving, and playing with her dogs. She is optimistic, enthusiastic and tenacious; she tries to always see the best in people and actively encourages those around her to push themselves, and to grow. Confident in her opinions (and not afraid to share them), she champions women’s empowerment and gender equality. Holly is proud to be a part of Pamodzi and looks forward to engaging with and sharing the youth voice.
